Intuition Speaks Before Reality Catches Up

Years ago, while working in a traditional 9-to-5 environment, I had a coworker come into my office feeling completely devastated.

A leader within the organization had absorbed their position, and from the outside, the situation looked final.

The fear, uncertainty, and emotional heaviness in the room were undeniable.

As they explained everything that had happened, I remember calmly saying:

“I know this feels life-altering right now, but go home and enjoy the time you’re about to have. You’ll be getting your job back.”

They looked at me like I had completely lost my mind.

Then they asked the obvious question: “How could you possibly know that?”

The truth was, my intuition had already been picking up on energetic patterns surrounding that particular leader long before the situation unfolded.

As we continued talking, I also shared that I didn’t feel the leader would remain in that position much longer and that once things shifted, their role would likely be restored.

At the time, it sounded impossible.

But a few weeks later, after some unexpected time away from work, that coworker was standing back in my office stunned that events had unfolded almost exactly as I had described.

Moments like this are important because they reveal something many people misunderstand about intuition.

Intuition rarely arrives dramatically.

It doesn’t usually scream. It doesn’t always come with fireworks. It often appears as a calm inner knowing that quietly says: “This isn’t the end of the story.”

The difficult part is that intuitive truth often arrives before physical evidence exists.

And that’s where people begin doubting themselves.

We’ve been conditioned to trust only what we can physically see, measure, or logically explain. But intuition often recognizes energetic movement before circumstances visibly shift.

That doesn’t mean intuition replaces logic. It means intuition works alongside awareness.

The more we learn to tune into our body, emotions, energy, and internal responses, the easier it becomes to recognize when intuition is speaking.

Final Thoughts

Sometimes life looks chaotic before clarity arrives.

Sometimes situations that appear final are actually transitions.

And sometimes the Universe is already rearranging circumstances behind the scenes before we can physically see the outcome unfolding.

The challenge is learning how to trust yourself long enough to stay open to what’s still possible.

If you’re moving through uncertainty and learning how to trust your intuition before life fully makes sense, my book Talking With The Universe was written for you.
